We first start with a few general questions.
Please note: If the intended project start or delivery date is less than six months from now, timelines may become very tight. In such cases, early clarity and detailed input are especially important to ensure a smooth kick-off and realistic planning.
Please add speakers, how many and which expertise areas? Also provide the status of speaker (invited/confirmed/not yet invited).
Will there be a moderator? Will one of the speakers moderate the session, or will you require a professional moderator?
Note: Content deadline is 3 weeks before CME date.
Please provide which pre CME activities you would like to include.
Note: It is the Takeda Project owners' responsibilty to make sure that collections of opt-ins is included in the registration form.
Provide MEDonline with link/QR code to evaluation no later than 1 week before the CME
Post CME data insights are mandatory. MEDonline will provide a list of viewers, % watched, interactivity in SpotME etc.
